Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise throughout the warehouse, from receiving to shipment preparation. This position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $26.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality standards.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently as per company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
