Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills for operational tasks.
- Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
