Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing and organizing merchandise within the warehouse to meet our store delivery needs.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and report any issues.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
- Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Moving merchandise and preparing deliveries.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform warehouse tasks.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
