Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaborates with the team, maintains a positive attitude, drives for success, organizes and executes with efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, basic math skills, detail-oriented, teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
