1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, handling tasks such as stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading/unloading, inventory management, and general cleaning duties.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
