Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With an average workweek of fewer than 30 hours, our warehouse offers a dynamic environment where hardworking individuals thrive. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, supported by a comprehensive training and safety program.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
