1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will ensure the accurate reception, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. In this role, you will work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, where comprehensive training and safety programs will equip you for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitudes.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.
