Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As our company continues to grow, we need dedicated individuals to help ensure that our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
