Job Description
Join ALDI as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in our dynamic warehouse operations. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, receiving thorough training and support to excel in your role.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
