1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a talented 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of direct reports.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Interact effectively with peers and collaborate with other operational areas.
• Lead, plan, and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employee performance to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses and maintain a safe warehouse environment.

Education and Experience
