Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $22.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The primary shift is 1st shift, starting at 8:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
