Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI at our warehouse location. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill store orders, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership. This role requires adhering to ALDI Acts competencies, organizational efficiency, and physical stamina to lift and move products. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Load and unload shipments strategically.
- Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.

- Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
