1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues promptly.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for product quality and safety.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, drive for success, and work efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
