1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a critical role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
