Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise per guidelines.
• Prepare, load, and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and conduct inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and adheres to company standards.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in various temperatures.
