1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
