We are currently hiring for various schedules for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule). Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
