Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team to meet productivity goals and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise in the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
