Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, prepared for shipment, and delivered to our stores efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and product quality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
