1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. If you are interested in a dynamic work environment, where you will play a key role in managing and organizing merchandise efficiently, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning duties and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, escalating issues as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures diligently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
