1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. The role involves receiving and sorting incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
