1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with the average hours ranging from 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday every 3 weeks
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious and positive attitude.
• Organize and execute efficiently.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
