1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is currently looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join their team on a Full-Time basis. The role involves fulfilling orders, handling stock, and maintaining warehouse standards. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety standards.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
