Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to optimize processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate with the team, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
