1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse package handler, you will play a crucial role in our operations by receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores. Our warehouse environment offers comprehensive training programs to ensure your success and safety.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperature environments.
