Warehouse Package Handler - 1st Shift

We are currently hiring Warehouse Package Handlers for various schedules at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in the warehouse. You will collaborate with your team to ensure warehouse appearance standards, safety requirements, and productivity goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
