1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
