1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our warehouse team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you'll work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and support for your success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and equipment operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
