1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in the warehouse operations, including receiving stock, merchandise relocation, loading, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientious, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency competencies.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
