Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with potential starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle incoming stock and fulfill store orders.
  • Organize, relocate, load, and unload merchandise per guidelines.
  • Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning and organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
  • Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
  • Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications:

To work as a Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi, you must be 18 years or older and exhibit the following competencies outlined by ALDI Acts:

You should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating powered industrial equipment. Candidates must be able to work in various temperatures.
