1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, sorting merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborating with your peers, you will play a vital role in achieving warehouse goals and contributing to operational success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
