Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. With an average of 30-35 hours per week, this role offers a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
