Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and relocating merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any issues promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
