1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
