1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
