Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Additionally, you will assist in inventory counts, provide input for process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, demonstrate conscientious work behavior, collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize tasks efficiently. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
