1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. This role requires collaborating effectively with team members and adhering to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as needed within the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities like bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
