1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our growing customer base. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, starting at $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Regular bending, reaching, and moving of merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
