1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. With starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, this position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, follow procedures, and prioritize safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in various temperatures.
