1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. The role involves efficiently receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
