1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, cleaning the warehouse, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and provide input for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Clean the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
