Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to change.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
