1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position is full-time, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, participating in inventory counts, and communicating effectively with peers and leadership. You will be expected to operate equipment safely, inspect products for quality and safety, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, both indoors and outdoors.
