1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will efficiently select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, load/unload shipments, maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards, and contribute to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Load/unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
