1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and environments.
