1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure timely reception, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, catering to our expanding customer base. As a vital part of our workforce, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas under comprehensive training and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Collaborate on process improvements with warehouse management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
