1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This is a Full-Time position, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
