1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours a week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). Your role will involve selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to warehouse management for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
