1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
