1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker and be part of our dedicated warehouse team ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse environment includes both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a comprehensive training and safety program for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, load and unload shipments, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts, collaborate with peers and leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely, follow ergonomic procedures, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
